How do I get in touch with you directly? Who is your legal advisor? What is the status of someone whose home was sold at trustee’s sale if it was secured by a Mers note? If Mers can’t legally foreclose, but in this case did, then what is the status of the title? Was the foreclosure illegal? If so, what can be done now?
Leave your contact information and someone will get in touch with you. All information will be kept private.
I am interested in purchasing one of the Belvedere units currently on the market (well under-value) I have researched the legal issues associated with the property, as well as your article on the shady shell game that was played at the tax sale. I would be very interested in your take on the current state of the units as I am going in to view one tomorrow. Thank you for any thoughts on the matter.
Sincerely,
Ryan Irvine

Ryan, Thank you for your comment. It finally pushed me to put more of my thoughts into writing. I published it as my most recent post. You can see it here: http://www.therenorealestateguide.com/reno-real-estate/would-i-buy-a-belvedere-condominium
I would welcome any experiences or observations you may have regarding what you see at the Belvedere. And I wish you the best of luck, no matter what.
