How do I get in touch with you directly? Who is your legal advisor? What is the status of someone whose home was sold at trustee’s sale if it was secured by a Mers note? If Mers can’t legally foreclose, but in this case did, then what is the status of the title? Was the foreclosure illegal? If so, what can be done now?

I am interested in purchasing one of the Belvedere units currently on the market (well under-value) I have researched the legal issues associated with the property, as well as your article on the shady shell game that was played at the tax sale. I would be very interested in your take on the current state of the units as I am going in to view one tomorrow. Thank you for any thoughts on the matter.
      Sincerely,

      Thanks for your comment.

I suspect that their biggest fear is the threat of facing a perjury charge. In addition to the banks, this could also include the trustees and perhaps the lawyers handling some phase of the foreclosure.

The banks are notorious for their bad record keeping. Many of them have no idea where the original documents are and they would rather lose the case than face the judge.
